1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Enso Ventures S.à r.l.-S ("we," "us," "our") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Surplus Money on any Android device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Modify or create derivative works based on the app.
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the app.
Use the app in any unlawful manner or for any harmful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.

3. Ownership

We retain all intellectual property rights in the app, including but not limited to all software code, text, design elements, graphics, and trademarks.

4. Subscription Services

Surplus Money offers auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock premium features.

You will be billed via Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Privacy

We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to this collection and processing.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete it from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
