1. How do I create an account?

You can sign up using Google, Apple (including hidden email), or your regular email. We use email verification to keep your account secure.

2. What should I do first after signing up?

Set up your recovery programme(s), then configure your weekly routine via the Actions screen's Plan feature. The initial setup takes approximately two minutes.

3. How do I add a programme or fellowship?

Navigate to Settings > Programmes > Add. Name your fellowship, enter your sobriety date, and input spending amounts (daily, weekly, or monthly). You can register multiple fellowships simultaneously.

4. Where can I see my programmes?

Your programmes appear in the drop-down menu on the Home screen. Select any fellowship to view and update your actions and progress.

5. How do I set up my weekly routine?

Use the Actions tab's Plan feature. Input sponsor-recommended actions across categories like amends, inventory, and meetings. Customise timing, notes, and colour-coding to suit your programme.

6. What happens after I plan my routine?

Once set, your schedule auto-populates your daily to-do list for your current day. As you complete actions, they are automatically logged and tracked.

7. What happens when I complete a resource?

When you complete a resource such as a meditation or inventory, it automatically updates your daily action log — no need to track it manually.

8. What is the check-in feature on the Home screen?

Use Check-In to log your emotional state, significant life events, and how connected you feel to your programme or Higher Power.

9. Where can I see my check-in data?

Emotional tracking appears in the Insights tab, displaying patterns across emotions, actions, and life events over time.

10. What are insights based on?

Insights are generated from your logged actions and check-ins. You can view summaries over 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days to spot trends and stay grounded in reality.

11. How do I share my progress with a sponsor?

You can share gratitude lists, inventories, and daily summaries with one click — via WhatsApp, Signal, email, or any messaging platform you prefer.

12. Can I share insights over time?

Yes — the Insights screen lets you generate a summary of your actions, check-ins, life events, and connectedness over a chosen time range, and share it in one tap.

13. How do I customise the content I see?

Access the relevant dropdown menu, select Edit, toggle the checkboxes for the items you want to show or hide, then tap Save.

14. How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account information, sobriety dates, emotional check-ins, and all personal data. This action is irreversible. If you need assistance, contact support@ensoventures.org.

15. How do I erase my data?

To permanently erase your personal information while keeping your account active, go to Settings > Privacy Controls > Delete Data. This removes all stored personal data without deleting your account. To delete your account and all data entirely, see question 14 above. For data erasure requests, you may also contact privacy@ensoventures.com.
